Links Nursery Balmedie is part of a group of three nurseries. We are very proud of our teams, who are enthusiastic, committed professionals striving to deliver the highest quality early years care and education to our children.

We are always keen to hear from those who would like to join us, especially if you are:

  • A qualified childcare professional
  • Have no formal qualification but have a strong desire to work in this profession. You will be supported and mentored to complete training;
  • Someone who works well in a supportive team environment.
  • Conscientious and hard working with a passion for children and their ongoing development.

Links Nursery Balmedie is currently recruiting for full time qualified nursery practitioners. Unqualified candidates with experience with children or graduates looking for a change in career may also be considered for interview.

These roles are for 4 days within Monday to Friday from 7.30 am until 6pm, with a floating day off.

If you are just entering this industry, you are entering a rewarding and exciting career in which you shape and inspire young children’s future. We will mentor you in working towards a recognised qualification to allow you to become a qualified Early Years Practitioner, gaining your SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) SCQF Level 7.

If you are joining us as an experienced Early years practitioner you can expect encouragement and assistance to progress your career further, with access to and support to complete relevant leadership and management courses.
